Our Comment on the June 2026 Draft County Zoning Amendments

Sacramento County has invited Strong SacTown to give feedback for proposed zoning amendments which would open up single-family zones to duplex development, among other things. These are important steps towards a stronger, more fiscally solvent county, but one glaring issue remains unresolved: the proposed amendments don’t eliminate vehicle parking minimums.
