Join the City of Sacramento for an in-person Connecting Howe Ave. workshop on July 17, 3:30pm – 5:00pm, to share your input on the Howe Ave. Safety and Mobility Plan.
Howe Avenue, from Fair Oaks Blvd to the Power Inn light rail station, is a critical corridor serving Sac State students, local businesses, and nearby neighborhoods. Unfortunately, it’s also one of the top 10 corridors in the city with the highest number of severe traffic-related injuries and fatalities.
This workshop is part of a larger effort to create a safer, more accessible Howe Avenue, and we can’t do it without your voice.
Between June 17 and July 21, 2025, the City will be gathering community input on the proposed alternatives for Howe Avenue. Review the alternatives at the link above and provide your comments.
