The Preservation Sacramento Historic Home Tour is an annual tour of restored homes in Sacramento’s historic neighborhoods. Each year, they host a tour in a different neighborhood. The Street Fair is where everyone attending the tour stops first, and provides a central point of activity for the tour, plus vendors, information booths and vendor booths. The 2025 is in the South Land Park Hills neighborhood, focusing specifically on the Eichler Historic District. Tickets for the tour are $30 for Preservation Sacramento members, $40 for non-members.
